Wind Mitigation
Wind mitigation inspections verify the geometry of the roof and can help earn possible credits that are applied towards the windstorm portion of your total insurance premium. Depending on where you are located in Florida, the windstorm portion is between 15% and 70% of the total premium. Our inspector will require access to the attic to complete a Wind Mitigation inspection.
Four-Point
Four-point inspections verify the age and condition of the four major components of the home, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Roof. Four-point inspections are required by Florida insurance companies, usually on homes between 5 and 30 years old. Our inspector will require access to the interior of the home to complete a Four-point inspection.
Roof Certification
Roof certification inspections are requested by the insurance company to verify the condition, age, and estimated life expectancy of the roof. Existing damage, leaks, and previous repairs will be taken into consideration. Our inspector will require access to the attic to complete a Roof Certification inspection.
